DESCRIPTION
Liquid synthetic resin product for the KORODUR KOROTAN industrial floor, with stabilizing properties.
APPLICATION
Auxiliary agent for the processing of one-layer KORODUR hard aggregate screeds onto fresh concrete or for all two-layer systems on hardened base concrete as well as additive for all types of screeds, see also technical data sheet KORODUR KOROTAN industrial floor.

PROCESSING
To achieve optimum processing properties of the screed mortar we recommend to do the mixing in a pan type mixer or in suitable screed feeding or mixing equipment.
Firstly, the KORODUR hard aggregates (or screed additives) should be premixed with cement and a partial quantity of water in a stiff consistency.
Then - depending on the application - approx. 1 - 2 % KOROTAN, referred to the cement weight, should be added and mixed intensively for 3 minutes. Finally, add the remaining water quantity required to achieve a workable consistency and continue mixing for a short time.
DOSAGE
For one-layer KORODUR hard aggregate screeds applied „fresh-on-fresh", approx. 1 % referred to the cement weight.
For one-layer KORODUR-KOROTAN hard aggregate screeds on hardened base concrete approx. 1,5 - 2 % referred to the cement weight.
For other screed systems approx.
1 - 2 % referred to the cement weight, depending on the initial consistency, cement type and type of aggregate. According to the intended application, with KOROTAN the water-cement ratio can be reduced at the same constant consistency resp. the consistency can be adjusted more plastic at constant water-cement ratio.

STORAGE
To be protected from frost and heat. Shelf-life max. 6 months - also for cans that have been opened and reclosed.
